Las Vegas -- May 8, 2010 – For the past several years, Miss USA and Farouk Systems have partnered up with the Best Buddies organization, a nonprofit dedicated to establishing a global volunteer movement that creates opportunities for one-to-one friendships, integrated employment and leadership development for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Miss USA 2009, Kristen Dalton, and the 51 Miss USA contestants paired up with a buddy for a Best Buddies Breakfast Celebration event!

The event was hosted inside one of the Grand Ballrooms in the Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino, and kicked off with a singing duo that sang and danced their hearts out to different classic tunes. Each contestant got a chance to bond with their buddy. They hoola-hooped, played ball, did a photo shoot, but mainly they spent their time singing and dancing. After a morning of fun, each buddy was surprised with CHI gift bags and candy from the Sugar Factory.
